Shipping & Returns

Orders within the United States are shipped using the method you select during checkout. Currently we are only offering Ground Shipping. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Sales tax will be applied for orders shipped within California. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

How do you ship orders?
Your order will usually ship within 3-7 business days from receipt by us.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. Please allow extra time for International orders and any extra fees that your respected customs could possibly charge you.  Please allow extra time for shipping during large sales times and holidays, we work hard to process the orders as quickly as possible, but it does take time.

Returns

  • 3 REASONS FOR RETURNS:
    • Wrong Size.
    • Wrong Item Shipped.
    • Defective Item.

* Simply return your product with a note of the reason on a copy of your packing slip / invoice *

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition within 30 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE. All original tags must still be attached. Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.

If you were to receive a defective item, please notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we may not authorize your return or exchange. We do not refund shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs please contact our customer service team and they can generate a return shipping label for you.

Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include a copy of the original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
